Get Ready to Cook Your Salmon

I know you wanted to try out the most famous fish that is served in restaurants right now. So, let's have some home made dish from a recipe that came from big time restaurants. Why do people want salmon than any other fishes? That is because it is the healthiest fish ever.
 
Actually, there is a long list of explanation why you would want salmon as your dish to cook. Well, it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Aside from that, it has lower levels of cholesterol. Not just that, it's a hit to everyone's taste and you can cook it in different style which makes it really good. All in all, salmon fish is a great dish you can serve in your tables.
 
Now, let's have some recipe that would really rock your world. A special recipe that you can serve in your own house like you where eating in a gourmet restaurant. This is something you can easily prepare and easy.
 
To start with, let's prepare the ingredients that you need:
 
Ingredients:
4 (5 ounces each) salmon fillets 
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
4 ounces passion fruit pulp 
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt to taste
This dish will yield four servings so if you wanted to make it serve more then adjust the ingredients that you will need.
The steps to follow are:
  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Warm butter in a non-stick pan and saute salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side or just until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  2. Mix the passion fruit pulp and the 1/2 cup water. Pour the passion fruit juice into a small saucepan. Add lemon juice and sugar and bring to a boil under low heat. (Taste the sauce and if it's too sour, add more sugar). Turn heat off and whisk in butter gradually, piece by piece, until incorporated. Lightly season with salt.
  3. Distribute salmon fillets on serving plates and pour the sauce over them. Serve immediately.
